These Instructions for Authors apply uniformly to all journals published by Institute for Management, Business, and Accounting Studies.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
The work is original and has not been published previously.
The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal or publisher.
All authors have approved the submission and agree with its content.
Any overlapping content with previously published work is properly cited.
All manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism and ethical compliance.
Authorship should reflect significant contributions to the research, including:
Study conception or design
Data acquisition, analysis, or interpretation
Drafting or critically revising the manuscript
Approval of the final version
All listed authors share responsibility for the content of the manuscript.
Authors must disclose:
Any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest
All sources of funding or support
If no conflicts exist, authors should explicitly state this in the manuscript.
For studies involving humans or animals:
Ethical approval must have been obtained from an appropriate committee.
Informed consent must have been obtained where applicable.
Relevant ethical statements must be included in the manuscript.

Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English.

Manuscripts should typically include the following sections:

Acknowledgements (if any)

Abstract length: up to 300 words
Provide 3–6 keywords immediately after the abstract
Figures and tables must be cited in the text
Each must include a clear caption
Images should be high resolution and readable
References must be complete and accurate
Any standard academic citation style may be used, provided it is applied consistently
Authors are encouraged to make research data publicly available where possible. A data availability statement should be included in the manuscript.
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Institute for Management, Business, and Accounting Studies online submission system.
During submission, authors may be asked to provide:

All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review to ensure academic quality and relevance. Editorial decisions are based on reviewer reports and editorial assessment.

Upon acceptance:

Copyright or licensing arrangements will be completed prior to publication
Corresponding authors will receive proofs for final review before publication. Only minor corrections are permitted at this stage.
