1. Overview

Thank you for considering Journal of Digital Business and Management Studies, published by Institute for Management, Business, and Accounting Studies, for the submission of your scholarly work. Institute for Management, Business, and Accounting Studies publishes peer-reviewed academic journals across multiple disciplines and is committed to maintaining high standards of research integrity, editorial quality, and transparency.

These Instructions for Authors apply uniformly to all journals published by Institute for Management, Business, and Accounting Studies.


2. Originality and Publication Ethics

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The work is original and has not been published previously.

  • The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal or publisher.

  • All authors have approved the submission and agree with its content.

  • Any overlapping content with previously published work is properly cited.

All manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism and ethical compliance.


3. Authorship

Authorship should reflect significant contributions to the research, including:

  • Study conception or design

  • Data acquisition, analysis, or interpretation

  • Drafting or critically revising the manuscript

  • Approval of the final version

All listed authors share responsibility for the content of the manuscript.


4. Conflicts of Interest and Funding

Authors must disclose:

  • Any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest

  • All sources of funding or support

If no conflicts exist, authors should explicitly state this in the manuscript.


5. Research Ethics

For studies involving humans or animals:

  • Ethical approval must have been obtained from an appropriate committee.

  • Informed consent must have been obtained where applicable.

  • Relevant ethical statements must be included in the manuscript.


6. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journals published by Institute for Management, Business, and Accounting Studies accept scholarly manuscripts including, but not limited to:

7. Manuscript Preparation

7.1 Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English.

7.2 General Structure

Manuscripts should typically include the following sections:

  4. Keywords

  11. References


7.3 Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract length: up to 300 words

  • Provide 3–6 keywords immediately after the abstract


7.4 Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables must be cited in the text

  • Each must include a clear caption

  • Images should be high resolution and readable


7.5 References

  • References must be complete and accurate

  • Any standard academic citation style may be used, provided it is applied consistently


8. Data Availability

Authors are encouraged to make research data publicly available where possible. A data availability statement should be included in the manuscript.


9. Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Institute for Management, Business, and Accounting Studies online submission system.

During submission, authors may be asked to provide:

  • Manuscript files

  • Figures and supplementary materials

  • A cover letter

  • Author declarations


10. Peer Review
